We were tasked to pressure clean this factory floor that had been used as a steel manufacturing plant for the past 30 years. The floor had a thick build-up of hard grease and metal shavings that were inground in the floor.

First, we used a ride on tile remover to remove the worst affected grease areas, this was a long and tedious job.

Then we applied a strong degreaser with our ride on scrubber and worked it over a few times to soften the dried grease layers.

Followed with a hot water pressure clean and our vacuum recovery surface cleaners.

Total encapsulation of all waste and water from the project was achieved by vacuum recovery pressure cleaning.  Wastewater was discharged from the vacuum system and stored in IBC containers on site then removed daily by tanker for treatment and disposal off site.
